With so many bogus methods out there, it’s no wonder that people are in a desperate search for the best way to burn fat . Now you have to take note of this, the best doesn’t mean easiest. Anyone who tells you losing weight is easy doesn’t know what he’s talking about. If it was so easy, do you think there’d be so many overweight people in the first place? So what I’m going to do is show you the best way to burn fat, a way which actually works.
The methods I’m going to share with you are closely related to your diet and eating habits. I’m going to share with you what you should be eating and what you should be avoiding.
Here is what you should avoid: Trans fat! Simply avoiding trans fatty foods is among the best ways to burn fat and get fit.
Sources of trans fat (these are foods which are really high in trans fat)
-Margarine
-Fast foods (because of the huge amounts of oil. In fact, a medium packet of fries contains 15 grams of trans fat!)
-Frozen foods (such as pies and pizzas)
-Donuts
-Cookies and cakes
-Whipped cream
-Hot dogs (sausages basically)
-Chocolates
-Chips/Crisps (whatever you want to call them)
-Full cream milk
Instead of these foods high, you should instead be looking to eat foods which are healthier. Of course, you shouldn’t completely cut your fat intake. Fats are important for stuff like hormone building. But change your sources of fats.
Healthy sources of fat
-Tofu
-Olives
-Nuts (peanuts, almonds etc)
-Sardines
-Tuna
-Herring
-Anchovies
-Salmon
-Mackerel
I’m serious about this. If you take one step and simply change your sources of fat, you will see dramatic results! Just combine this with a good exercise plan and you will be losing weight. I guarantee you will see results. And this is why switching to a healthier source of fats is one of the best ways to burn fat, lose weight and get fit.
